Institutional racism in cricket: Help us get justice for Azeem Rafiq!

Azeem Rafiq was subject to persistent racist abuse when he played for Yorkshire County Cricket Club. It was relentless, and soul destroying.

After he reported it, there was an investigation. That report found that there was extensive racism aimed at Azeem, but dismissed that racist bullying as mere “good natured banter”. It is disgusting.

Yorkshire CCC now say they are “pleased” to announce that no further disciplinary action would be taken. But Azeem hasn’t seen the report and he thinks the club are ‘trying to bury’ findings. He's right - and we can't let them get away with it.
